The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible primarily for the supervision and execution of general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in/on: Guest rooms Meeting space Front of house areas Back of house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems) Major equipment & systems using a Windows based computer system

Qualifications EPA Certified Locksmith skills Ability to read blueprints & schematics preferred Basic trouble shooting Experience in Industrial, Electrical, and Building maintenance, HVAC, Chillers, and Pumps Building maintenance experience required Communication Experience with Windows computer systems Hotel experience preferred Able to push/pull/lift 50lbs Open availability to include weekends and holidays
