Chief Engineer

The Residence Inn is currently seeking a Chief Engineer to lead our property maintenance team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all maintenance operations, including capital improvement projects, and will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:
Ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc., and will be able to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Previous Chief Engineer experience in a hotel is - a minimum of one year. Total engineering experience should be at least three years.
