Join our team and be part of the growing battery revolution. Responsibilities Plan and execute pilot-scale process trials for LFP synthesis. Monitor and collaborate with plant operators to ensure smooth production processes across scales, from kg-lab-scale to pilot runs and ton-scale manufacturing. Take a first principles engineering approach to root-causing issues and proposing improvements to process. Ensuring scalability and reproducibility and meet the lab performance specs Conduct process data collection and analysis to monitor performance, and drive decisions on data Identify bottlenecks, and improve yield and throughput Partner with Lab team and QA/QC to ensure product quality meets specification on scale-up trials Work closely with plant engineering teams to optimize equipment performance Lead DOE (Design of Experiments) or other structured improvement efforts to fine-tune process parameters Qualifications B.S or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields 3+ years of hands-on experience in specialty chemicals manufacturing, especially in pilot or production scale Familiarity with scale-up challenges in LFP synthesis processes is a plus!
