Job Description
Join an exciting opportunity to prepare, review, and negotiate change orders with contractors and stakeholders. Conduct detailed quantity take-off analysis to support cost estimates and change order validation, and ensure compliance with project specifications, contract terms, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and field staff to identify scope changes and assess impacts, while supporting cost control and forecasting efforts related to change orders. Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and negotiate change orders with contractors and stakeholders. Conduct detailed quantity take-off analysis to support cost estimates and change order validation. Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and field staff to identify scope changes and assess impacts. Maintain accurate records of change order documentation and approvals. Utilize AutoCAD and Bluebeam to analyze design changes and support documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract terms, and regulatory requirements. Support cost control and forecasting efforts related to change orders. Train and mentor junior staff. Essential Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam. 5-10 years experience negotiating and preparing change orders. Experience working with contractors. Understanding of contractor procedures, specifically DEP. Knowledge in civil engineering, take-offs, and quantity takeoffs. Additional Skills & Qualifications
DEP change order experience. Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $77.00 - $77.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
