Location: Chantilly, Virginia, United States of America TS/SCI with Polygraph 314950 UI/UX Design Engineer Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Travel: None The Opportunity: The All Spark UI/UX designers create the user interface for apps, websites, or other interactive media. The UI/UX design lead is responsible for leading the design of user interfaces and experiences, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting user research, and managing a team of designers. The goal is to create user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging designs. Responsibilities: Gathering and evaluating user requirements by working with product managers and engineers. Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. Designing graphic UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and other components. Building navigation components like page navigation buttons and search fields. Creating UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and appearance. Troubleshooting UX issues related to responsiveness. Ensuring adherence to style standards for fonts, colors, and images. Conducting testing and analysis, including vulnerability research, penetration testing, malware analysis, and reverse engineering of network tools. Qualifications: Required: Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Strategist or Architect for Digital Products Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Managers, and Scrum Masters Experience coordinating design standards across teams Proficiency with digital design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of designing UI elements for transformation products Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert within the organization Desired: Experience in Visual Journalism or Studio Art Experience leading teams or building teams in the Federal Contracting Industry UI/UX Certifications What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
