The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an Enterprise Network Video Engineer to join our technical operations team supporting the Department of Homeland Security. The role involves working on-site incidents to resolution in a 24/7/365 environment at DHS sites in the National Capital Region. You will manage and maintain multimedia streaming systems and video teleconferencing systems, ranging from desktop configurations and Microsoft Teams Rooms to complex integrated AV systems.
Responsibilities: Serve as an on-site Incident Management/Tier II Technical Operations team member responsible for incident management and requests.
Provide fault monitoring using network management tools.
Identify, isolate, and classify network faults.
Document all incidents and resolutions using ServiceNow.
Manage AV systems troubleshooting and testing, including videoconferencing and streaming technologies.
Address customer issues via email, phone, and monitoring tools.
Work with support teams and clients to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
Install, uninstall, repair, and configure AV systems like Microsoft Teams Room with Poly devices.
Install and manage various cables (Ethernet, fiber optic, coaxial, HDMI).
Collaborate on testing new software and network technologies.
Participate in troubleshooting calls for major incidents.
Perform Tier II administration tasks and support operational improvements.
Contribute to documentation and cross-train in systems and network administration.
Qualifications: Required:
Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance and DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience
5+ years in IPTV streaming solutions (e.g., Haivision, ViTec, AWS Elemental)
5+ years in video conferencing products (Polycom, Cisco)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Room configurations and troubleshooting
Knowledge of VCS products and firewall traversal
3+ years in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Web Control Hub
Experience with Cloud Video Interoperability (CVI) solutions
Experience installing and supporting Cisco Room Bar devices
Strong networking background and knowledge of protocols (H.323, H.245, SIP, ISDN)
ITIL v4 Foundation certification (or in progress)
Ability to travel locally within the National Capital Region
Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools
Quick learner of new technologies
Desired:
Previous DHS or DoD experience
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Windows admin, COMPTIA, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Teams Admin, AWS Solutions Architect, CTS, Webex certifications)
Knowledge of Problem Management best practices

Pay Range: The salary range is $78,700 - $165,300, influenced by location, experience, skills, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and education support. Learn more here .
