C3BM Principal Systems Engineer

MTSI is seeking a Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Principal Systems Engineer to contribute to C3BM systems engineering efforts. These efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering, integration, future concepts, new functionalities, and multi-national exchange designs. Responsibilities: Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements. Participate in C2BMC software engineering reviews and analyses for the development of C2BMC Spiral products. Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals. Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions. Participate in C2BM and BMDS OPIR Architecture (BOA) Agile review processes. Assist in MDA ground test planning and objectives development. Provide expertise in C3BM architecture analysis, especially in OPIR capabilities. Support Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development involving C2BMC, sensors, and space assets. Participate in evaluations of C3BM increments and initiatives; coordinate IV&V activities for C2BMC and OPIR. Offer expertise in threat modeling and interoperability engineering. Qualifications: Master's degree in STEM with 12+ years of relevant experience. Active Secret clearance. Experience with MDA/DoD systems engineering lifecycle. Familiarity with Agile software development processes and timelines. Experience with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office efforts or MDA sensors. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Apply network engineering solutions to support test, integration, and operations. Desired Qualifications: Military experience is a plus. Experience working collaboratively with government, contractors, and supporting personnel in a badge-less environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
