About the team: this team is entrusted with building complex products, applications, and platforms for Blue Sky regulatory and compliance services within the US Mutual Fund space. About the role: this position is on the Blue Sky software development team. The role will focus on maintaining and building out new features for our leading cloud-based SaaS product, Blue Sky Solutions. You will work closely with our product owners and technical teams and be an integral part of our software development team, maintaining and driving agile and SDLC best practices to efficiently deliver our product with high quality. We are market leaders; the work we do is important and impacts many lives across the US! Responsibilities Participate in daily scrum activities using the Atlassian suite. Develop complex components in C# .NET within our Unity framework. Advocate for quality and performance alongside engineering and business stakeholders. Focus on value, reusability, and extensibility in development. Support the team in defining and leveraging existing frameworks, contributing to their extension in a CI/CD environment. Requirements Extensive knowledge and experience with .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, MS SQL. Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular. Development experience in cloud architectures, preferably AWS. Proficiency with Microsoft development tools including Visual Studio, VS Code, Resharper, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Strong backend development experience, especially with SQL. Ability to identify and resolve performance issues related to EF and SQL queries. Proven experience with data-intensive applications. Proficient with Git.
