This role involves formulating critical questions with business owners, analyzing vast data sets from Data Warehouse, and presenting actionable findings to management. The ideal candidate is driven by a passion for data analysis, detail-oriented, efficient, and possesses a strong analytical mindset aimed at data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate program features and marketing content's performance concerning customer response, usage, conversion, and retention. Conduct statistical A/B testing and multivariate experiments. Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health. Respond to ad hoc requests for investigating critical aspects of customer behavior and conduct exploratory data analysis. Employ data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture significant trends in the customer base.

Must-Have Skills:

7+ years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets. Strong working experience with SQL. Experience with data visualization using Tableau or Quicksight

Industry Experience:

Prior experience in data-driven decision-making environments. Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or a related field, or marketing is highly desirable.
