Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain all HVAC and related equipment and provide environmental control to the property Conducts utility and equipment tests to include Fire Pumps, Emergency Diesel Generators, and Switchgear Maintains continuous operations of equipment by trouble-shooting and repairing Maintain plant logs and Perform building rounds to document various building systems Order, stock, and inventory parts and supplies Shift position Background Required: Experienced Building Engineer / Facilities Engineer Experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work High School Diploma required; industry related certifications strong preferred Happy to work a variety of shifts INDUS
