B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis or related field PE License preferred, not required SE License would be a huge plus 5 to 10+ years of bridge design, load rating, and inspection experience, and tollway Must have DOT experience Excellent communication and client relation skills Experience with Bridge Designer or Open Bridge Modular a plus Strong organization and leadership skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules. Ability to perform complex analysis and design Ability to assemble a complete design package for assigned elements or projects
