What You Will Do
Alchemer helps organizations turn customer feedback into meaningful business action. As part of our next chapter, we are embedding AI across our platform to unlock deeper insights, elevate user experiences, and scale innovation. As AI Architect, you will design and maintain ThoughtSpot worksheets, views, and Liveboards to deliver actionable insights. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions, optimize data models, manage data sources, and ensure strong security and governance. Additionally, you'll enhance system performance, support user adoption through training, and stay current on ThoughtSpot features and BI best practices to continually improve analytics capabilities.
How You Will Spend Your Days
Design and build scalable BI solutions using ThoughtSpot, creating intuitive worksheets, views, and Liveboards that empower business users.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs, translating them into powerful, self-serve analytical experiences.
Optimize data models and source performance to deliver fast, reliable, and insightful dashboards that drive decisions.
Implement governance practices, including row-level security, to ensure secure and compliant access to data.
Partner with data engineering to integrate new data sources and continuously improve data pipeline performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot BI system performance to ensure data accuracy and availability.
Champion adoption by conducting enablement sessions and guiding users on best practices with ThoughtSpot's search-driven analytics.
Stay on the cutting edge of BI innovation, bringing in new ThoughtSpot features and best practices to enhance our capabilities.
What you bring to the role A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in BI engineering, data analytics, or a similar role, with deep expertise in ThoughtSpot.
Advanced SQL skills for data exploration, transformation, and optimization.
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes, with a strong eye for clean, efficient design.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
Knowledge of BI governance, security, and performance tuning to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to thrive cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $130,000 to $150,000, with eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
