This role is pivotal for deploying advanced RF measurement solutions and ensuring optimal signal integrity during live field tests. & Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage RF measurement systems , ensuring accuracy and reliability in field environments.

Deploy and monitor drone-mounted RF systems to capture precise measurements.

Perform RF testing, analysis, and troubleshooting for live deployments.

Configure and maintain Software Defined Radios (SDRs) for optimal performance.

Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance RF performance and signal integrity .

Ensure compliance with FAA's Small UAS Rule (Part 107) for drone operations.

Conduct real-time analysis and provide solutions for signal interference and data anomalies.

& Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in RF Engineering with hands-on field measurement experience.

Proficiency with Software Defined Radios (SDRs) .

Strong understanding of RF concepts, wave propagation, and signal measurement .

Familiarity with drone-based RF measurement systems .

FAA Small UAS Rule (Part 107) certification or willingness to obtain it.

Excellent troubleshooting and real-time problem-solving skills .

Ability to work outdoors and perform field measurements safely.

& Preferred Experience: Experience with UAS drone operations and RF path analysis.

Knowledge of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and RF testing tools .

Familiarity with cloud-based data logging and analysis for RF measurements.
