We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with a strong background in testing Python applications, web APIs, and web apps using Selenium. The role involves dealing with weekly releases and testing features that are not always user-ready. As an individual contributor, you will ensure the quality of our AI orchestration software by designing, developing, and executing automated tests. You will focus on transitioning manual tests to automated systems and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Python applications and web apps using Selenium. Own testing of new features, transforming manual tests into automated ones. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team members to ensure high-quality products. Identify, report, and track defects to resolution. Provide feedback and recommendations for product quality improvements. Enhance testing processes and tools for better efficiency. Promote a collaborative, ego-free work environment. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years in test automation. Experience in setting up automated test environments from scratch. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Expertise in testing Python applications and web apps with Selenium. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and JavaScript for web testing. Experience with Linux/shell environments and testing web APIs and databases is a plus. Experience testing AI or randomized processes is a plus.
