What You Will Do:

• Work within a cross-functional team to review First Article Inspection AS9102 Form 2 received from customer manufacturing suppliers and verify for completeness
• Verify raw materials, parts, and processes meet metallurgical and chemical technical requirements
• Ensure objective evidence of conformance is applicable and valid
• Confirm package is compliant with the aerospace industry and customer specific standards
• Provide weekly report outs to Project / Team Leader on project milestone completion progress

What You Will Bring:

• 2-5 years of direct experience within Aerospace & Defense Industry performing Part Qualification / Quality Engineering work with 2 year degree in a technical discipline OR 6+ years of direct experience w/ no degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Beginner level competency in MS Office Tools
• Experience operating in procedure based and regulatory controlled environments AS13100, AS9100, AS9102, particularly First Article Inspections a plus
• Familiarity with blueprint reading / geometric dimensioning & tolerancing a plus
• Experience working within and extracting data from an ERP / MRP system a plus

Pay Range: $26 - $32 hourly rate

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

Initial onboarding and process training to be completed in Quest Global Office in Windsor, CT until proficient to perform work independently.

Travel requirements: Not anticipated. 0-5% of travel may be requested depending on business need.
