This role is ideal for someone early in their journey who has a strong foundational understanding of IT systems and a desire to expand into areas like Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, assist with technical support escalations, contribute to ongoing projects, and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

Assist in diagnosing network connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing)
Support Active Directory environments (GPOs, replication, permissions)
Work with senior engineers to learn vendor interaction and documentation best practices
II. Microsoft 365 Administration & Security (Training Provided)
You’ll assist in setting up and managing Microsoft 365 environments, learning how to manage tenants securely and effectively.

III. Project Support (Mail Migrations, Environment Upgrades)
You’ll be part of project teams, gaining practical experience while being supported by experienced professionals.
Participate in mail migration projects and Active Directory upgrades
Learn about migration tools and DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Help document technical procedures and communicate updates clearly
Begin learning about change management and best practices in rollouts
IV. Professional Skills & Growth Mindset
We value potential, curiosity, and professionalism as much as experience. You'll develop:
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Time management and prioritization in a fast-moving service environment
Confidence working directly with clients and within a collaborative team
A proactive learning approach to new tools, technologies, and workflows
Experience & Education
Some professional IT support experience preferred, but not required
Familiarity with Windows, networking basics, and Microsoft 365 is a plus

Experience with M365 email migrations

Awareness of MSP platforms like ConnectWise
Basic understanding of VoIP systems or unified communications
This is a growth-oriented role designed for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, expand their knowledge, and build a lasting career in IT. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a team that values teaching, collaboration, and continuous learning.
