Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and application support for CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to grinding machines.

Develop and maintain application documentation, including manuals and training materials.

Stay current on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Participate in trade shows and customer visits to promote products and gather feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Application Engineer or similar role within the CNC machining industry.

Strong understanding of CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines and related technologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Experience in conducting training or demonstrations for technical products.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and trade shows.
