Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business customers, developers, and TM1 Support to investigate, document, and resolve TM1 system issues. Work alongside cross-functional teams to innovate solutions that speed up processes, reduce manual tasks, and ensure accurate financial outcomes. Engage with business users to comprehend and document their processes and requirements. Manage ongoing user and system support activities based on priority, including being available on a rotational on-call basis for critical systems support. Coordinate large-scale change requests with development teams. Utilize programming skills in Python or similar languages to analyze and display data effectively. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance/Accounting, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in financial planning/budgeting, business analysis, or a related analytics field involving financial modeling and business requirements gathering. 1+ years of experience working with IBM Cognos TM1 (Planning Analytics) or similar Performance Management technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with dimension management software processes and MDM tools. Proficiency in Python, particularly TM1Py. Project management experience, and familiarity with software development methodologies. Knowledge of AWS solutions such as S3 and Redshift. Understanding of SQL, RDBMS database interaction, data warehousing concepts, or third-party ETL tools. A proven track record of success in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
