This full-time role is based in the Bay Area, CA, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead verification for complex mixed-signal ICs that power next-gen display technologies.If you enjoy poking holes in designs to make them stronger and take pride in building rock-solid verification strategies, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do as an Analog/Mixed-Signal Verification EngineerReview analog designs and perform simulations to validate performance and identify flaws“Poke holes” in analog circuits to ensure robust design under real-world conditionsWork with SPICE simulations, RC extraction, and memory structures such as SRAM and Cell architecturesDevelop and execute comprehensive verification strategies and coverage plans based on design specsDesign verification environments and testbenches using SystemVerilogBuild analog behavioral models for simulation and perform equivalence checks for accuracyExecute test cases to evaluate performance, reliability, and corner casesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including layout, digital design, and system architectureProvide sign-off for mixed-signal blocks and support tapeout processesAutomate repetitive tasks with scripts to optimize simulation workflowsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent15 to 20 years of relevant experience in analog or mixed-signal verificationExperience with sub-40nm process nodes and memory architecture is highly preferredStrong hands-on knowledge of analog and mixed-signal verification principlesProficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, Python or Perl scriptingFamiliarity with SPICE simulations, waveform analysis, and verification toolsExposure to analog IPs such as ADC, DAC, LDO, and charge pumpsExcellent debugging, communication, and cross-team collaboration skillsPreferred Traits and SkillsA proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solvingStrong interpersonal communication for seamless collaborationFlexibility to adapt to different technical tasks and fast-changing prioritiesHigh attention to detail and critical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize workload and multitask effectivelyPassion for learning and applying new tools or methodologiesWhy This Role Stands OutThis is not just another verification role.
