About the Role

You will lead and support board-level analog circuit designs, conduct simulations, create layouts, and validate performance. You’ll oversee prototyping, troubleshooting, and qualifying circuits while ensuring each solution meets demanding specifications. You’ll work independently and cross-functionally, using your expertise to bring high-reliability products to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and validate custom analog circuits and PCB layouts
  • Simulate and optimize analog performance using industry tools
  • Create clear, complete documentation for product development phases
  • Present technical data at internal design reviews and to customers
  • Troubleshoot, prototype, and qualify circuit boards for production
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Physics, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • U.S. Citizenship (required for working with government contracts)
  • Experience with analog design and microcontroller-based systems (TI, Microchip)
  • Proficiency with PCB design tools (Mentor Graphics preferred)
  • Familiarity with I/O protocols (SPI, USB, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience balancing independent work and team collaboration
