InterVision Systems is looking for a seasoned Amazon Connect Salesforce Engineer with a strong background in architecting, customizing, and deploying Amazon Connect in Salesforce environments. As a key member of our Cloud Services team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for not only designing and implementing complex cloud architectures but also demonstrating proficiency in integrating Amazon Connect seamlessly within Salesforce. Responsibilities: Architect, design, and deploy highly complex cloud architectures, specializing in Salesforce environments integrated with Amazon Connect. Collaborate within a mid-sized, geographically distributed Cloud Services team to deliver exceptional solutions for clients. Manage multiple assignments involving the customization and integration of Amazon Connect within Salesforce environments. Engage with clients to assess their requirements, comprehend existing environments, and propose target architectures leveraging AWS and Salesforce. Lead teams in implementing and customizing Amazon Connect to optimize Salesforce functionalities, reducing technical debt and enhancing user experiences. Requirements: 3+ years of professional IT Operations or Infrastructure implementation experience with a strong emphasis on Salesforce customization and deployment of Amazon Connect. Extensive experience provisioning, operating, and managing AWS environments, specifically focusing on AWS services that complement Salesforce integrations. Active certification in AWS Solutions Architect – Associate. Proficiency in Salesforce-specific AWS services, such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Kinesis, AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, and Amazon SWF. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce integration development, API Gateways, and application integration design within AWS environments. Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead teams in Salesforce-oriented AWS projects. Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, and/or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications strongly preferred Exciting Projects: Customizing and deploying Amazon Connect within Salesforce environments to optimize customer interactions and streamline processes. Designing and implementing enterprise-grade security, network, and systems management applications within AWS-Salesforce integrations. Continual evaluation and enhancement of existing Salesforce stack within AWS for optimal performance, scalability, and security. Leading data migration initiatives from on-premises environments into AWS while ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce. Active involvement in the business development lifecycle, contributing Salesforce-specific insights to solution architecture, pricing, and proposal development.
