Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and create innovative AI/ML solutions incorporating generative AI technologies. Design and implement scalable AI/ML systems, including the deployment of GenAI applications such as large language models and multimodal AI systems. Develop sophisticated multi-agent AI systems with frameworks like Langgraph, ensuring effective coordination among complex agent interactions. Participate in code reviews, setting coding best practices to develop clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code. Drive the end-to-end model development lifecycle, transitioning from research to production deployment for both traditional ML and GenAI workflows. Lead initiatives in fine-tuning large language models, creating evaluation frameworks to assess and enhance model performance. Work closely with stakeholders to establish technical roadmaps and project timelines. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of leading production-level GenAI projects. Strong proficiency in Python and experience in building scalable backend services using frameworks like FastAPI. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their associated AI/ML services. Proficient in using Large Language Models, vector databases, and embedding technologies. Experience with deploying, monitoring, and evaluating large language models. Familiarity with RAG techniques in implementing information retrieval systems. Experience in developing GenAI applications, including chatbots and agentic workflows. Knowledge of MLOps and AI model lifecycle management, including CI/CD pipelines. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders. Nice to Have Qualifications: Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Knowledge of model optimization and quantization for scalable deployments. Contributions to AI/ML projects through publications, blogs, or open-source initiatives. Additional Information: To be considered for this role, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen. The minimum starting salary for this position is $130,000, with the potential for higher compensation based on relevant experience and qualifications.
