Location: Houston, TX (3 days oniste as of now)
Salary Range: $80/hr on W2
Work Authorization: Green Card or Us Citizen

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with AWS (preferred), but open to GCP as well.
Good hands-on Python (Numpy, Pandas) skills.
Experience working with OpenAI APIs.
Experience with tokenization, sentiment analysis, and handling large text-based datasets.
Experience with LLMs, RAG and working with complex datasets using Python.
Experience with Vector DB is a big plus.
Minimum of 5 years overall experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML.
Graduates are fine, but a Master’s in AI/ML is a big advantage.
Experience with Vector DB and RAG will make a candidate stand out.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in developing ML solutions for Climate Risk Tech projects
Ability to stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies and trends
Experience in coaching or mentoring teams in technical skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Develop and implement ML solutions for Climate Risk Tech projects
Conduct unit, system, integration, and user testing
Assist with deployment processes
