Mannapov is looking for a skilled AI Solutions Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows and conversational agents across both chat and voice. You'll build intelligent systems that automate operations, enhance customer interactions, and extract insight from internal data. This role is a hands-on blend of AI integration, workflow automation, and agent development-ideal for someone who enjoys rapid prototyping, solving business problems with smart tech, and seeing results fast.

What You'll Build (Phase 1 MVP)AI-Powered Sales Assistant

WhatsApp automation using Venom Bot or Puppeteer to engage, qualify, and route leads Voice AI system using Twilio, Whisper, and ElevenLabs for natural, intelligent calls Memory and reasoning via LangChain or AutoGen for multi-step flows Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline with Weaviate or Pinecone Data ingestion + learning from past chats, invoices, and sales to improve recommendations What You'll Do Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents for both voice and messaging interfaces Collaborate with operations, sales, support, and logistics to uncover high-impact automation opportunities Develop and maintain workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, or custom code Build integrations with APIs and data sources (internal tools, CRMs, third-party platforms) Create internal tools and scripts to streamline processes and assist with decision-making Research and recommend new AI tools, models, and architectures Fine-tune models or build RAG pipelines to improve performance and relevance Requirements

What You Bring Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, GPT-4 API/OpenAI integration Experience with LangChain or AutoGen for agent orchestration Voice + chat automation using Twilio, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Venom Bot, or Puppeteer Ability to build agents that interact across text + voice with memory and logic Basic to intermediate programming (Python, JavaScript preferred) Ability to manipulate and analyze structured data (CSV, JSON) Self-driven, fast learner, and able to thrive in a no-red-tape environment Bonus Skills Experience in B2B sales automation, AI-driven CRMs, or pricing intelligence Familiarity with mobile, wireless, or electronics resale industry Knowledge of data pipelines, vector databases, or cloud services Experience deploying MVPs or building tools in startup-style environments What We Provide Real-world labeled data (sales chats, invoices, calls) Active feedback from internal sales team Clear goals, fast decisions, and minimal bureaucracy Ongoing opportunities beyond MVP if there's a strong fit Engagement Details Contract (8-12 weeks for MVP) or Full-Time Budget: $10K-$25K for MVP phase (negotiable) Flexible hours, but prefer overlap with US Central Time Mostly onsite in Boerne TX To Apply
