Position Overview: Seeking a talented and dedicated AI Engineer to join their Medical Affairs Insights & Anlaytics team. This role will focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance our medical affairs operations, improve patient engagement, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, combined with a passion for healthcare and medical sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AI solutions for various medical affairs challenges, HCP segementation, Legal/Medical/Regulatory Review process, and other medical data analysis. Collaborate closely with MSLs, Medical Directors, Data scientists, and functions outside of Medical Affairs like IT, Commerical, and Data Solutions Build and maintain robust data pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and pre-processing medical affairs data. Integrate AI solutions into Medical Affairs team workflows and support their deployment. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in medical AI and contribute to the ongoing development of our AI capabilities. Support the build of various options for data visualization and evaluate new methods of medical insight intake from events like medical congresses and ad boards. Work with internal and external AI tools to create automated generative AI insight reports and automated suggestions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with Pharmaceutical business functions. Specific knowledge of data analytics visualization software such as Microsoft Power-BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy. Specific knowledge of data process automation, scheduling, and data architecture using SQL, Python, R, SAS, or other common languages. Familiarity developing and maintaining business tools built in Microsoft PowerApps and navigating data housed in Snowflake. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to communicate complex analytical approaches to all levels of business leadership. Demonstrated innovative solutions and self-lead discoveries of new technologies. History of meeting tight deadlines and providing accurate estimates of time required to complete complex tasks.
