Job Details
* Design, build, and deploy AI and LLM-based applications to automate and optimize accounting and financial processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, ops, engineering, and customers) to identify high-impact areas where AI can drive business transformation. * Develop robust, scalable prototypes and production systems using Python, Java, C#, and other modern tools. * Build predictive models to analyze and forecast financial trends, lending activity, and other key metrics. * Own the end-to-end development of new AI features, from ideation through production, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance. * Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI platforms, frameworks, and APIs into our systems. * Rapidly iterate on prototypes and production features using automated tooling and prompt engineering techniques. * Provide training and support to internal users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of AI tools. * Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and proactively bring relevant advancements into the organization.
Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems Hands-on experience building and deploying models in production Expertise in Python (strongly preferred), with experience in Java, C#, or similar languages.
