Overview We are looking for an experienced AI and Machine Learning Engineer to enhance our innovative team. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI and machine learning models in production settings, focusing on integrating generative AI capabilities into scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams to define business needs and create AI/ML solutions utilizing generative AI technologies. Design and implement scalable AI/ML systems, deploying generative AI applications such as large language models, multimodal AI systems, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise knowledge management and chatbot solutions. Develop multi-agent AI frameworks using platforms like Langgraph to manage complex agent interactions. Participate in code reviews and establish coding best practices to maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code. Oversee the entire model development lifecycle, from research to production deployment for traditional machine learning and generative AI projects. Lead fine-tuning efforts for large language models and implement evaluation frameworks for assessing and enhancing model performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish technical roadmaps and project timelines. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. 4-6 years of practical experience in AI/ML engineering, with a portfolio of successful generative AI projects and a proven track record of leading technical initiatives. Strong proficiency in Python, with experience building scalable backend services using frameworks like FastAPI. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their respective AI/ML services, SDKs, and data storage solutions. Experience with Large Language Models and related tools and libraries, alongside expertise in vector databases and embedding technologies. Experience with fine-tuning and monitoring large language models, implementing RAG techniques for information retrieval. Experience in deploying and managing generative AI applications, including chatbots and agentic workflows. Knowledge of MLOps and AI model lifecycle management, including CI/CD pipelines. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in stakeholder presentations. Desirable Qualifications Experience with Docker and orchestrating containers using Kubernetes. Knowledge of model optimization, quantization, and scaling deployments. Publications or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects. Additional Information Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as U.S. Permanent Residents or U.S. Citizens. The minimum starting salary for this position is $130,000, with potential for higher compensation based on relevant experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
