We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer based in our Pennington (near Trenton) , NJ office. This job will be 50%-70% on the road.

*Your main responsibilities*

To strengthen our After-Sales Service, we are looking for a motivated and committed specialist. After a comprehensive training, your area of responsibility includes the commissioning and user training of the Sympatec instruments at our customers’ places of business. Then you take care of the systems through maintenance and repair work. You will betravelling domestically and internationally, as well as providing support from your office workplace.

*Your qualifications*

You have successfully completed a technical or engineering education or have comparable professional experience with a technical orientation (electronics, optics, mechanics, mechatronics, etc.). With a keen interest in complex technologies, you can tailor both equipment and software to customer applications. Your education and knowledge are the basis we build on. Whether you are a junior or a seasoned professional - we rely on your commitment. Required are professional skills, motivation and customer orientation. In addition, you possess the ability to work in a team and organize efficiently, but also work independently. The position requires a valid driver’s license as well as a valid passport.
