Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent industry experience (8+ years) in aerodynamics, structures, and systems analysis. Hands-on experience with advanced composite materials. Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing methods, tooling techniques, and structural behavior of composites. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB/Simulink.

Skills Required: Practical experience with composite manufacturing techniques and materials. Proficient in battery-powered aircraft powertrain systems. Familiarity with solar-powered systems or solar-integrated robotics. Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software.
