The Advance Driver Assistance Technology (ADAS) team develops state-of-the-art software and algorithms to deliver best-in-class features like adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and 360 camera systems. ADAS also developed Ford's industry-first Pro Trailer Hitch Assist, securing over 60 patents in the process. The team is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of these features into production on all Ford vehicle lines.

You'll have… Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Controls, Electrical or Software Engineering Strong understanding and application of engineering disciplines (engineering specifications, design validation, failure mode analysis, 8D, six sigma, Even better, you may have… MS Engineering or advanced degree Highly motivated, extremely proactive, substantial attention to detail Ability to quickly learn the job (with mentoring from others) Willing to new learn electronics key concepts. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate and interact with others, both oral and written Ability to interface with many activities and champion issue resolution. Experience in safety systems Experience in Ansys SPEOS CAD packaging experience and/or experience in CATIA and Team Center Operational knowledge of desktop productivity and CAD software Thorough understanding of vehicle electrical systems and electrical design/development process.
