This senior role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align AI initiatives with business goals. The engineer will drive innovation and ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions.A Day in the LifeDesign, build, and optimize machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models, including generative AI frameworks like transformers and GANs.Develop end-to-end AI system architectures that integrate with existing platforms.Manage data ingestion, transformation pipelines, and infrastructure to support scalable AI solutions.Conduct statistical analyses, run experiments, and interpret results to inform decisions.Deploy AI models into production, monitor performance, and iterate for improvements.Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align AI projects with organizational goals.Identify and address potential biases in AI models, ensuring ethical development practices.Mentor junior engineers, set technical standards, and lead adoption of cutting-edge technologies.What You Need8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science with a focus on AI/ML.Proven experience designing scalable AI systems in production.Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains.Proficiency in Python and Scala.Expertise in ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.Strong foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, probability) and statistics.Knowledge of generative AI techniques (e.g., LLMs) and prompt engineering.Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with APIs for AI model integration.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s preferred.We offer competitive benefits to support your success both inside and outside of work.Here’s What We OfferGenerous PTO: 22 days of PTO per year.Parental Leave: Industry-leading parental leave policies.Rewards & Recognition: Monetary incentives and recognition for outstanding performance.Insurance Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and company-sponsored life insurance.
