Join one of Indiana’s most respected Architecture + Engineering firms as a Civil Site Design Engineer , and work on impactful land development and site infrastructure projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial markets. About the Opportunity: We’re seeking a talented and motivated Civil Site Design Engineer to support our growing Indianapolis-based team . In this role, you’ll focus on site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for a wide variety of land development projects. You'll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that values design excellence, innovation, and client-focused solutions. ???? Key Responsibilities: Perform and/or lead engineering tasks related to civil site design , including grading plans, stormwater systems, utility layouts, and erosion control. Prepare and review construction documentation, including detailed plans, specifications, and technical reports . Conduct engineering calculations , cost estimates, and site feasibility assessments. Maintain communication with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders. Support quality control and quality assurance procedures throughout project development. Evaluate and recommend design solutions, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil site design (land development, site infrastructure, etc.). Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other civil design tools. Solid understanding of local site design standards and permitting processes. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ???? Why Work With Us?
